1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Seatd app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Seatd SARL offers digital solutions for:

• Restaurant and hospitality reservations

• Viewing menus, reviews, and ratings

• Food delivery facilitation (in partnership with restaurants)

• Location-based recommendations

• Notifications and offers related to partner venues

We may update or modify features periodically. Some services may be limited based on user location or availability.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• Not be barred from using such services under local or international laws

This app is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

By using the app, you confirm the above are true.

4. User Accounts

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Seatd SARL is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

5. Booking and Delivery Services

When you make a booking or order via Seatd:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the restaurant/hotel/delivery partner

• Seatd acts only as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction

• Seatd does not guarantee service availability or acceptance by third parties

• Cancellations or changes must comply with the venue’s own policies

• Seatd SARL is not liable for the service quality provided by third parties

6. Payments and Fees

Certain services may incur fees. Where applicable:

• You will be informed of costs before completing the transaction

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google

• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method

Seatd SARL does not store your full payment details on our servers.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

If you subscribe to premium features or make in-app purchases:

• Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by Seatd SARL directly

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends

• You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings

• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

• No partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law

In-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by local law.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purposes

• Post offensive, fraudulent, or misleading content (including fake reviews)

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app

• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or interfere with the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove your account for violating these rules.

9. User-Generated Content

If you post or submit content via the app (such as reviews or photos), you grant Seatd SARL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, or delete such content.

We may remove or moderate content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Seated platform, including logos, code, and designs, is the property of Seatd SARL or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our platform

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Privacy and Data Use

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

• What data we collect (e.g., name, email, location, device info, usage behavior)

• How we use and share this data (e.g., analytics, recommendations, support)

• Your rights under applicable data laws, including access, correction, or deletion

We may use third-party tools such as Firebase, Google Maps, or analytics SDKs, which may collect data to enhance your user experience.

12. Location-Based Services

Certain features rely on your device’s location (e.g., finding nearby restaurants).

• You can disable location sharing through your device settings

• Doing so may limit access to certain app features

• We only use your location data as necessary to provide and improve our services

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seatd SARL is not liable for:

• Services provided by restaurants, hotels, or delivery partners

• Any delays, cancellations, or errors caused by third parties

• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, if any.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• We are required by law to do so

• The Service is discontinued

You may terminate your account at any time via the app. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

15. Third-Party Content and Services

The app may contain links to third-party websites or content. Seatd SARL is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or reliability of third-party content

• Any transactions or interactions with third-party services

• Their privacy practices or terms of use

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

16. Developer Platform Compliance

Seatd SARL complies with the Apple App Store and Google Play Developer Policies, including all policies regarding user privacy, payments, subscriptions, and content moderation.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted in-app and on our website.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
